For all commissions, please have on hand when ordering:

:bulletpurple: Reference pictures of what you want, even patterns (for clothing) are always helpful.
:bulletpurple: Any allergies you might have to wool, cotton, etc.
:bulletpurple: Measurements, if you're ordering wearables.
:bulletpurple: Your email address linked to your paypal account. I prefer to take paypal, but will accept checks and money orders. My paypal account is linked to the yahoo! email address listed on my profile: purplegirl923@yahoo.com .
:bulletpurple: Your shipping address, if applicable. All domestic crochet commissions are mailed out by United States Postal Service, Priority Mail Flat Rate, with a confirmation number so you can track your package! That means an easy flat rate of $15 for medium boxes, $20 for large boxes, and the low low rate of free for small boxes and envelopes! Yay! :la:
:bulletpurple: Of course, international shipping costs more, so if you don't live in America, Canada, or England, just note me and ask for an estimate! I prefer to ship international orders by USPS Priority Mail, for my peace of mind and yours.

Other important information:

:bulletpurple: The customer agrees to pay all value added taxes and customs fees where applicable. Shipments that require a customs form will be marked as "merchandise" on such. Please do not ask me to lie on the customs form. I will not do so.
:bulletpurple: Shipments go out on Thursdays. I will give you a tracking number upon shipment.
:bulletpurple: When paying in installments, the first payment is due before I start work and add you to the queue; the second or final payment is due after I finish work and before I ship! I will not ship your order out until your last payment arrives in my paypal account.
:bulletpurple: When there is a queue of three or more orders, those who pay in full upfront will take priority over those who choose to pay in installments.
:bulletpurple: While the Master Planner endeavors to complete your order as soon as humanly possible, orders can take anywhere from two to eight weeks, depending upon several factors (your place on the queue, the complexity of your order, unforeseen circumstances included in what is generally referred to as "life" such as school or illness).
:bulletpurple: When sending money by paypal, do make sure to mark it as payment for services. :eyes:
:bulletpurple: I prefer to take PayPal. That said, I have been known to also accept checks, money orders, gift cards, and cash in envelopes from trustworthy clients. If you choose to send me payment through snail mail, it is highly recommended that you get a tracking number and insurance. If your payment is lost or stolen in the mail before it gets to me, on your head be it.
:bulletpurple: You pay shipping and paypal fees. Paypal's cut will be included in the total price.
:bulletpurple: It's your responsibility to give me a full, accurate, and complete shipping address. If you are moving or going on vacation at the time of your order, it is also your responsibility to update me with the new address. If PayPal doesn't give me a current shipping address, I will ask you to note it when I take your order. It's also your responsibility to arrange for redelivery if you miss the mailman. I'm willing to bend over (backward) for my customers, but adhering to my policies and common sense will save the both of us a lot of needless stress.
:bulletpurple: It is also your responsibility to check up on the queue and the status of your order. If your order is marked completed, and you are planning to go on vacation or are on vacation, please notify me so I can make shipping arrangements. If you don't, and you miss the mailman because I decided to ship it out Express Mail while you were on vacation, it's also your responsibility to make arrangements with your local post office or have a trusted friend or neighbor meet the mailman instead.
:bulletpurple: If there is a shipping problem, or you have not received your merchandise in a timely fashion, then it is your responsibility to contact me by dA note. It is your money, after all. =p I will gladly help you solve your problem in a confidential, professional manner.
:bulletpurple: For orders of $100+, I am willing to split the total cost into two easy payments, the first payable up front. The second will be expected before I ship it out.
:bulletpurple: I am not responsible for transitory damage or loss, as things are pretty much out of my hands after it leaves the post office. I won't give refunds, but I will make a replacement free of charge, on a case by case basis. (That is, if it's a garment that doesn't fit, or if the postal service lost your shipment.)
:bulletpurple: No, the plushies are not anatomically correct. :|
:bulletpurple: I reserve the right to take and keep pictures of your order, and to post them on my social media or retain them to my portfolio as examples of my work.
:bulletpurple: I retain the right to refuse a commission if I'm uncomfortable with the subject matter or if I don't think I have the skill to make an accurate plush of it.
:bulletpurple: All of my plush work may have small parts such as safety eyes, plastic pellets, sequins, beads, buttons, etc. They are not for small children who may put these sorts of things in their mouths and choke.

:bulletred: I do not give refunds. Ever. The price I quote should be understood as both the price of materials and my salary/hourly wages as an artist. Again, if the post office loses a shipment as confirmed by tracking information, I will rectify the problem either by calling the postal service or by making a replacement. If you try to file a chargeback to get a refund without a good reason, and I have already started or shipped the project, you will be blacklisted and probably doxxed.

:bulletred: Sending first payment constitutes acceptance of my commission policies.

Hi, I'm wondering how much a 10-inch plush of this little boy of mine would be? I live in the UK so I guess there would be a cost on the shipping too?

Sleepy Dee (Profile Icon)

Also, I'm not sure if this is possible, but if the hat was removable would that cost extra? that's if your ok with doing that if not then I don't mind the hat being attached to the plush, either way, it's fine by me.
